Pachydermos is a very unusual steampunk leather gas mask designed and made by Tom Banwell. The ears are made of copper with leather trim. The tusk canisters and eyepieces are made of cold cast bronze. The domed lenses are vacuum formed from translucent gray acrylic sheet. The lower trunk is a rubber hose hand wrapped in lambskin. The gauge is a real sphygmomanometer.
