During a recent online search mission, I had the pleasure of experiencing this truly captivating art piece, “The Queen of This and That,” created by the talented artist Jen Hardwick. This stunning work of art measures approximately 16 3/4″ in height, 11 1/2″ in width, and 11″ in depth, and it certainly makes a striking impact.

What strikes me most about this piece is the thought and effort that Jen has dedicated to its creation. As she explains, this artwork is her first piece of 2024, reflecting her journey towards creating more significant and intricate works. Jen emphasizes the importance of structure and stability as she continues to develop her artistic style, and this is shown in the craftsmanship of this piece.

The use of mixed media is truly impressive. Jen has incorporated a diverse range of materials, including paint, paper, plastic, metal, and wood—some of which she’s had for decades. As I sit here admiring “The Queen of This and That,” I couldn’t help but feel that it would make a wonderful addition to any home.
